The child started happily skipping towards Japan. "O-Oh? She picked me?"

The child walked in front of Japan and lifted her arms up. "She wants you to pick her up aru!"

Japan carefully lifted her up and sat her on his lap. "Japan! You would have-a killed me if I-a sat on your lap!" Italy made a 'squee' noise and moved up beside Japan.


"Itary, you are a furry grown man." Japan looked down at the child again.

"Herro, (Country Name) do you want me as a big brother?"

(Country Name) clapped her hands together happily. Japan smiled "I'rr take that as a yes."



"J-Japan! Before you go, close the closet doors!" (Country Name) pleaded.

Japan turned to face her and sighed. "Why?" Bright (Eye Colour) eyes widened.

'Why he askes why?'

(Country Name) huffed and said "Because the monsters in me closet will get me!" 


"What makes you think monsters can't open doors?" (Country Name) hoped in terror. "W- JAPAN! DON'T LEAVE ME HERE."




(Country Name) then proceeded to sleep in Japan's bed for 4 months.



"Hey Japan! I drew a picture of you and me!" (Country Name) beamed up at Japan.

"Ret me see." Japan looked down at the sheet of paper.

On the paper was two stick figures, a blue background and a yellow blob on the side of the page.

"(Country Name) it's great! You'll be the best artist in the world in no time!" Japan smiled. Well, tried to smile.

"Really?" (Country Name) asked. "Reary."



Japan looked over to see (Country Name) missing.

"Huh? Where is my rittre country? Germany?"

Germany glanced up from his book and pointed to Italy.


Japan was confused for a moment and then realised Italy had (Country Name) in a bear hug.

"Itary! Don't hord her so tighry! Make sure she can breath!" Italy laughed.

"Oh, Japan! Little (Country Name) is-a fine!"



"I'm going over to America's-"

"No you're not."

(Country Name) looked puzzled.

"What do you mean?"

"I'm nor retting you go to America's."

(Country Name) sighed in frustration.

"You always do this! I can do things myself! I'm not 5 any more!"

Japan looked down at his feet. "I know, I know. I just. I just don't want you getting hurt."

(Country Name)'s expression softened. "Big Brother.... You don't have to worry. I'll be okay."


Japan meet her gaze. "You know I'd do anything for you. Just be safe o-okay?" Japan looked away, trying not to cry. (Country Name) opened her arms. "Hug it out?"

"Don't touch me."
